We have a new 12ft - 220 Ton Baykal Brake Press, with segmented tooling to handle complicated bending projects. We can import 3D STEP files directly into the brake software for unparalleled accuracy especially on small part runs. 3D Design

Brake Press Software

During the design stage we can check the ability to form the parts on our brake press using our offline bend software. This allows us to import 3D files into the software and check for any interference during the bending process. If any occur we can go back to the CAD model and adjust as necessary.
